Terms of Service

These terms cover the Air Signal Labs LLC website, Towerless demos, and services made available under these terms. If you use a service for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Any signed evaluation, order, subscription, or data-processing agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms. Existing orders, deposits, and data commitments are not changed retroactively by this update.

Towerless is in development. A public demonstration, launch-update subscription, or evaluation inquiry is not a hardware order or a promise of availability. Features marked simulated, illustrative, preview, or in development are examples or plans. Future exports, integrations, notifications, mobile applications, and deployment options are available only when released and included in your agreement.

Towerless receives radio signals and brings recordings, transcripts, timestamps, and available aircraft activity together for review. Its radio-capture function is receive-only. Network connections used to transfer data are separate from that function.

Towerless does not provide air traffic control, separation, navigation, emergency dispatch, or a certified flight recorder. Do not rely on it for flight-critical or life-safety decisions. A replay or notification is a review aid, not an instruction to an aircraft or operator.

Coverage, recordings, timestamps, aircraft positions, transcription, and AI associations may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. A confidence indicator is not proof of identity or transcript accuracy. Check the original recording and independent sources before making consequential decisions. Illustrative movement is not historical evidence; no feature guarantees that every event was captured or that an export will be admissible in a proceeding.

Use only signals, sites, accounts, and records you are authorized to access. Obtain required site permissions, notices, and consents and follow applicable recording, communications, privacy, and export laws. A signal being receivable or unencrypted does not by itself establish permission to record or redistribute it.

Protect account credentials, manage access, and report suspected compromise to contact@airsignallabs.com. Do not interfere with operational communications, bypass access controls, overload the service, falsify records, or use Towerless for unlawful surveillance, harassment, or discrimination. Do not modify receiver functions to transmit on monitored operational frequencies.

You retain your rights in records and other material you provide or lawfully capture. You authorize us and our service providers to process that material as needed to provide, secure, and support the service and carry out your instructions. This does not grant ownership of third-party communications or remove anyone else’s legal rights.

Customer operational records are not made public or sent to regulators merely because a customer uses Towerless. Sharing and integrations require the customer’s direction, except disclosure required by law. Public demonstrations use separately selected demonstration material. The Privacy Policy explains those distinctions, service providers, and privacy requests.

We do not train models on identifiable customer audio, transcripts, deployment locations, or site identities without express permission. Any agreed aggregation, retention, export, deletion, or legal-hold commitments remain governed by the applicable agreement. Contact us to arrange preservation of important records; a public demo is not a permanent archive.

An evaluation’s site access, installation, scope, duration, support, data handling, and equipment return or retention terms must be agreed in writing. An inquiry alone creates no deployment commitment.

The current public launch forms do not collect payment. If paid products become available, their price, billing, cancellation, refund, delivery, and warranty terms will be presented before purchase. Existing reservation holders keep the terms applicable to their reservation. Nothing here limits refunds or other rights required by law.

We may update the service or pause access to address abuse, security, maintenance, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will explain material restrictions and provide a way to resolve them. Any paid-service commitments and applicable legal rights continue to apply.

Air Signal Labs and its licensors retain rights in the software, product design, website, and demonstration presentation. You may use the public site and demo as intended and share links. Do not remove attribution, misrepresent illustrative output as verified evidence, or redistribute recordings without the necessary rights.

Public previews are provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable under these terms for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the fees you paid us for the affected service in the preceding twelve months. These limits do not exclude fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, or liability and consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited. A separate written agreement may provide different protections.

Air Signal Labs LLC offers an optional text-message program for Towerless account and system notifications. You join only by entering your mobile number and checking the SMS consent box on our SMS Notifications page (airsignallabs.com/sms-opt-in). By doing so, you agree to receive recurring text messages from Air Signal Labs LLC at that number. SMS consent is separate from these terms and is not required to create an account or use Towerless.

Messages are informational: Towerless deployment status, system status, account updates, and notifications you individually configure. We send messages only to people who opted in, and we do not send marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may opt out at any time, and we will stop sending messages to your number. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at contact@airsignallabs.com or https://airsignallabs.com/contact.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Delaware law governs these terms, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. Nothing here removes rights you cannot waive. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms still apply.

We will date revisions and give affected customers notice of material changes, including at least fifteen days’ email notice where previously promised, unless an urgent legal or security need requires otherwise. We will obtain agreement when required. New wording does not authorize new uses of previously collected data contrary to earlier commitments.
